1. Robust and durable construction
The main frame is constructed from 120×60 and 160×80 high-strength rectangular tubes, the guide rails are made from 100H/125H section steel, and the guide frames utilise 160×80 rectangular tubes with a wall thickness of 5 mm, ensuring high overall rigidity and stable load-bearing capacity. The work surface is fitted with 5 mm chequered anti-slip steel plates; A 1,000 mm high safety guardrail fitted with mesh prevents goods from falling. The equipment has a low failure rate and is suited to high-frequency industrial operations.
 
2. Smooth Lifting and Robust Heavy-Duty Capability
Driven by a dual-cylinder hydraulic system, it comes standard with two 80/60 cylinders (upgraded to 90/70 cylinders on larger models), with a power unit rated at 4–5.5 kW. Hydraulic transmission ensures smooth, shock-free lifting, supporting heavy-duty operations from 2,000 kg to 5,000 kg.
 
3. Multi-layered safety protection
Fitted with high-strength 1244 plate chains, which are wear-resistant and resistant to stretching and deformation; equipped with dual limit switches to prevent over-travel. Dual safety protection—structural and hydraulic—ensures the safety of both goods and personnel.

Supports remote control operation, eliminating the need for close-proximity work; the lifting control logic is straightforward and intuitive, allowing novices to get to grips with it quickly and effectively improving goods handling efficiency.
